I’m making a decision now

I’ve gotten into the habit of eating way too much food. I’m just such a snacky guy—if there’s a snack to be had, I have no self-control.

So tomorrow (Nov 14, 2024), I’m setting myself a challenge: no food in between meals for the entirety of the day.

This shouldn’t be too hard; I just need to actually do it. Hence this post.

UPDATE: I had mixed success on this challenge. The day started poorly, with me forgetting completely that I had made this decision, and having a couple bites of honeycomb before work. But then I remembered while I was at work, and intentionally avoided eating snacks. But then after work I worked out, and so had some yogurt as a post-workout protein boost. And then after that I was still hungry, and so had a pancake and more honeycomb before dinner. So, I was partially successful, because I avoided eating snacks at work. But I fell off the fence after that.
